How do you like the Integra-7? Seems like a great way to sequence it w/ the Hapax. I have an MC 707 but have been curious if the Integra-7 has any voice-stealing like on the MC 707.
So far, I haven’t had the chance to use all 16 Integra-7 parts at the same time in a project. I also use my other synths to vary the sounds and, honestly, I really like having the physical knobs right in front of me, even though I’ve set up the instrument definitions on the Hapax and assigned a few controls like cutoff, resonance, etc.
So I haven’t noticed any voice stealing on the Integra-7 yet. I’m still a beginner with the Hapax, and I’m working with it a little bit every day to improve my workflow and get more comfortable with it.
The Hapax + Integra-7 combo definitely has a lot of potential though!

I record / track everything with the iPad Pro and Loopy Pro, clock synced by a FPI Multiclock if needed. The Hapax replaced the Pyramid (which I still use in my smaller studio)

Which audio interface and, if any, midi interface, do you use with the ipad and loopy pro? And how many channels are you tracking at the same time
I don’t own an ipad but I’ve been very keen on getting one. I’ve heard a bad things about midi latency and/or jitter and general sync issues which has prevented me from taking that step. With an m1 mbp I can sync just fine and also track 16 channels without a problem. Would that be possible with an ipad and, for example, loopy pro?
My converter is 2 channel Mytec Brooklyn ADC connected via spdif toslink to my Focusrite Clarett+ 2Pre which is also midi interface. You could perfectly use the analog converters of the 2Pre but I already had the Brooklyn and it sounds better. Hapax midi clock out goes to Clarett+ and it’s usb c goes to my Satechi usb c hub with power delivery (the 2Pre will power from the iPad Pro M1 just fine but your battery wil drain very fast). You can also configure the 2Pre optical to accept spdif ADAT and this will give you 8 audio inputs in Loopy Pro, but I only use 2 because I track in 96kHz 24 bits stereo only. Midi clock latency is very small (10ms) but can be easily corrected in Loopy Pro and also in the Hapax. No audio latency. I needed the Clarett+ because it had optical inputs, but you can use any multi channel audio interface as long if it’s class compliant. Check the Loopy Pro forum for the compatible hardware list. HTH

Just got done building out the new tower, but this is not the final form. Deciding which stand to get to house the vt4, tb3, TD3MO, and ju06a.
Not pictured TASCAM Model 24, Conductive Labs MRCC + Remote 7 for midi, and BomeBox handling custom midi programming.
The Donner StarryPad midi controller is mapped to the Octatrack, allowing for bank scroll, part scroll, crossfader, and 16 scene launcher using all of EZBot’s performance templates.
The KMI SoftStep2 at the bottom of the shot is programmed into the Boss RC505mk1 for hands free looping.
Hapax and BomeBox both get a midi in & out at MRCC. Currently AFX Station, tr8s, and system 1m have midi returns to Hapax for param record. Waiting on two XpandR boards for MRCC to bring the rest of the synths that give meaningful midi out a route back to Hapax.

Admittedly they don’t get as much action as they deserve. Especially the 8 string. I’ve had the 7 string on the right for 20+ years so it’s definitely got its milage on her.
This is the long and short of the mapping. Tonight I managed to get the Roli Piano as well as a Bluetooth midi guitar connected as master inputs
Such an appealing setup of contrasts. Anywhere online I can hear it being played?

This project (my main quest) is on the back burner due to having been diverted into following numerous side quests. Yes - my life seems to have unfolded like a Bethesda game these last 12 months
