Squarp only uses DHL Express? I have emails from chronopost.fr asking to confirm a package… it looks like spam though.
I got a weird scam email as well, I messaged squarp and never heard back.

My unit cleared customs and then mysteriously sat “on hold” for 3 days. After some phone to calls to our country’s main DHL hub, it was delivered on Wednesday.
I’ve fully integrated the unit into my rig (See “Your Hapax studio setups…” thread if you’re interested) and with one exception (track 6 is adding CC64 messages that I didn’t play, reported in the thread “midi feedback loop or bug”), it’s working amazingly.
In a matter of hours, I’ve been able to sequence the 16-bar intro to a song I’m working on. Once I worked my way through some of the elements, the UI conventions became pretty clear.
I am loving the Hapax!

For those receiving their Hapax now, you might want to check your OS version. My unit arrived on September 12, 2022, and had 1.04 installed. As of the time of this post, 1.11 is the current version and fixes a number of issues and adds new features. Details here: https://squarp.net/hapax/firmware

Anyone who ordered in august got theirs yet?
Nope ! I have a poor lonesome decksaver (and a whole setup) waiting for its Hapax. I’m really looking forward.
I know Squarp team is doing her best though.
Poor deck saver. I’m just being impatient, can’t imagine how the June heads felt haha.

Junehead here, (ordered in March) was quite a wait indeed, but once you get the thing you’ll know that the patience was well worth it. This box would probably be one of those rare things that will kill gas for similar devices like for years.
… And when you think about the waiting list of a Cirkloin, a couple of months for the Hapax feels like a blessing

I’m also a “June orderer.”
In the few days I have had the Hapax, it has blown me away. I was able to quickly complete tasks, including learning how to use the given functionality, that were painful or slow in other tools I’ve used.
Hapax has an excellent workflow and amazing functionality. It’s truly and utterly worth the wait!

Your unit will most likely ship next Monday, so it should reach you by next Friday.
Of course, you can always change the shipping address should you need to. We can also hold on to your order and ship later, if needed.
