I wonder why the duty for MN is about 110% more ($92.39) right now.

¯_(ツ)_/¯ i think there was a NorCal customer who posted that DHL didn’t charge him any duty at all so it’s all a mystery to me

My September batch Hapax has actually shipped and is making its way through Belgium. DHL projects I’ll have it in Israel on Sunday.

Weird. It doesn’t look like they ship in the order they were ordered. Mine is from March 20 and it’s not moving.

Mine has been sitting at this status for 2 days now. Any idea why no updates on it? 
Customs clearance status updated. Note - The Customs clearance process may start while the shipment is in transit to the destination.
that’s the default message when a packing slip has been created but it hasn’t left the sender yet. Squarp and/or DHL will email when it’s actually in transit

Grumble grumble. I’m sending an email to Squarp to see why mine is not getting shipped. I’m in the EU so it should be a walk in the park.

Have you checked your junk mailbox , I’m in the uk , just paid my custom fee
no(!) but I am checking my DHL tracking every hour 
Ordered on the 8th of April and mine hasn’t moved since monday either. Label was created but nothing has been shipped yet 
. Seems like they don’t ship in order indeed.
Got a reply from Squarp. They said a big shipment went out yesterday and today another one is being sent off. So probably we will see lots of activated tracking numbers very soon.

Our apologies, we did plan on shipping them in the order they were ordered, unfortunately our carrier picked up the pallets out of order yesterday, and didn’t have space left for the ‘first’ ones.
They’re coming back today, so it should be sent out by this evening.

@Thibault_Squarp I ordered 27.8, is it already known when these will be shipped out ?
I assumed that we (I ordered on 9/4) will receive a shipping notice in September based on order information on their website “expected delivery September 2022”. But am also curious to see if the expected delivery of new orders is getting pushed to the right.
I think DHL might have gotten the order of the numbers wrong for your import fees… I am also in MN and just paid $39.29 for the import and delivery costs.
