I you have a lot of projects then you have to scroll through the list to get to the next project/song in your set. Would be nice if there was a function to remember where you left off or a shortcut to select next project.
A specific chord mode to see which chords you are playing?
I would love to get the Shift Register effect from Hapax in the Hermod+…
I would love to be able to have a waveshaping/folding effect that can take a signal passed through any of the four inputs, and/or a more complex envelope effect that could be sent out to a vca; something like the Segment envelope from Bitwig.
Would be good to have MIDI CC (or notes) control over a track’s generator triggers (mod, note, pitch, velocity, length). These can all be triggered by a gate signal at one of the four CV/Gate inputs, could they be triggered by midi as well?
Bonus points for using the CC’s value to set the strength of the re-generation; 0 = no-change, 127=full re-generation, 5=change a little bit, 100=change a lot, etc
Speaking of CC control:
Changing individual quantisation state via CC would be lovely.
Speaking of Quantisation:
A Grid vs. unquantised percentage control would be lovely too!
And make it CC-able to

I might be doing something wrong, but I feel like the arpeggiator is quite limited. Is there a way for it to arpeggiate through say 5 notes in a scale instead of just up or down an octave?
Another quantisation Idea: How about we get a quantisation mode where live inputs into the track are unquantised, but once something is recorded into a track, on playback, it quantises it?
Or is there any way to do this? Because the quantisation messes up my live keyboard playing quite a bit, and as there is no CC implementation for turning quantisation off or on, there’s a bit too much menu diving going on during my live performances
You need to have a chord. Either hole down several notes or use the harmonizer before the arpeggiator.
Thanks for the V2 update, great product.
Now that the previous updates are behind, can you implement a vertical zoom function for the step screen? Maybe centering on the average of available notes, the cursor or on-air keyboard range (mode for shortcuts)?
Please implement an ‘apply rhythmic quantisation to notes’ option in the pattern edit/generator menu based on the quantize value selected in the Track configuration – Player menu if possible. This will align displayed steps on the screen with the rubber pads for better editing after live recording.
Another request is the ability to offset displayed octaves/notes per CV channel as most of the modular VCO are tuned to C2 or C3 at 0 volts. I know that this is possible through the scale effect and transpose leader but would be neat to have in the track configuration menu but is less important. Thank you again.
Maybe we’re asking for too much: We chain connect 3 hermod+ through midi host/device ports and send clock + pc msg when playing live and when the source device enters the tuner or saves the sequence on the fly, the clock output (sync) drifts. Maybe this is already mentioned elsewhere on the forum. I know: we can sacrifice one cv channel and use the ableton live syncing method
