Hardware fault?

Hello Forum,

i think there is a hardware fault on my hapax or some bug that i can not solve.

Some of the the knobs behave really strange and most importantly when i try to select a

midi program on one of my synth it is always a gamble to reach the right number.

Here is a short recording of the behavior of the knob one which is the strangest:
