Hi, I have Squarp Hermod V1. When I connect USB device to Windows 11 laptop I get the device connected ping but it doesn’t show up as Hermod under device manager. I can see no USB devices under MIDI in Ableton Live either. I took out the SD card and updated the firmware but it hasn’t fixed it.
I resolved it. Windows saw it as a different device driver: STMelectronics so I deleted this and then it appeared correctly, and in Ableton Live MIDI ports.
