Using Hermond + for external midi only

Hi there , i wonder if anyone can help me clarify the Hermond + midi tracks avaiable.

I understand that you have 8 cv/gate and 8 midi tracks… but also the 8 CV/gate can be changed to midi ?

Does that mean i can have 16 tracks of external midi sequencing over the TRS midi port or USB?

I thinking of using the hermod in 4ms pod case but solely for external synths / drum machines —-

i think it can also polyphonic sequencer per midi track ?

If anyone can help - much appreciated :slight_smile: i’m not quite understanding the midi congi of the module

the answer was yes all 16 tracks can be midi tracks - over USB or TRS
