Trying to update to 4.02 but get this error message whilst holding down the menu button
“bootloader v150 pyraos not found”
when I release the menu button 4.01 boots up
Not sure what the problem is

You should try reformatting the SD card, and/or try with another SD card. Sometimes the bootloader can have trouble mounting an SD card (for instance, if it was not properly ejected before removing it from a computer, etc).
