Transpose Track cannot be moved

While the TRANSPOSE track is originally numbered 16, changing its position will not change its role, meaning the TRANSPOSE track can be at any position.

It does not seem to work here. If I copy/paste Track 16 to another track, track 16 still controls the transposition (and pTrsp is still unavailable on track 16 properties).
