Hi I wanted to thank Squarp for their customer service. Initially I had written they had no contacted me but they have given me excellent customer service and I would recommend their company to anyone.

Have to say they are a great company. I like how they respond by email and listen to feature requests. I foolishly sold mine to get a Push 3 SA and have regrets. Likely to return to Squarp in some shape or form in the future. The Hapax is a great product.
