— MIDI Channel is set to 0, since it’s multichannel.
— i don’t know what CC 84 (Portamento Control) actually does, but it’s in MIDI chart.
— i don’t know (yet) whether CC 64 (hold/sustain pedal) and 66 (sostenuto pedal) act differently, but both are there
— i don’t know (yet) whether CC 67 (soft pedal) actually works, but it’s there.
— CC 83 appears to do nothing on 707, but exists for compatibility with MC-101, where it corresponds to Sound knob.
