Recording live automations not working (white graph)

Hello,

I’m following this section https://youtu.be/l6fR5ir1lIg?si=j1V83e_DU-7Ob-z1&t=60

Here you can record live automation with the knobs, great idea! However when I try with my Elektron Digitone 2 to adjust the frequency filter the knob works, but in record mode the white graph that appears is blank and records none of my turns on the knob.

Anyone else had this?

I’m using firmware 2.10 Beta A

Hi,

i have the same issue, i also followed the steps as shown in the video. I wanted to record the LFO intensity of my minilogue.

I’m using the 2.10 Beta B.

Don’t know why it doesn’t record…

The encoder works and my synth reacts perfectly as it should be when i turn the encoder. But when i record the live automation there’s nothing…

Do you also get the white empty screen where it would normally show a graph being created?

I’ve definitely had this working before so I wonder if it’s this newer firmware.

Let me know as I’ll create a bug ticket so they are aware.

Yeah i had the same white recording screen. I asked about it to them and they told me that they are aware about this issue. It’s an issue about the beta version.
They also told me that it works in the version previous the beta A and B.

So i think it’s gonna be fine when they release the version 2.10
