Rample SD Card Problem

I purchased a Rample recently and have been using it with no problems. However, today I turned on my modular and a big red arrow showed up on the Rample’s screen. I had to dig around the Forums to find out what this meant (shouldn’t it have been in the manual?) and found that I had to reformat my SD card and reinstall the kits. I did that. I followed the directions to use the SD Card Formatter software. I added the firmware, reinstalled the kits, put the sd card back into the Rample, turned on my modular system, and tried to create some beats.

However, no sound came out. I tried MIDI first, but when that didn’t work, I tried direct gates into SP1 and SP2. Again, nothing. I thought there might be a problem with the kits that I installed, so I shut off the modular and put the card into my computer again. However, this time, the computer refused to recognize the disc. I reopened the SD Card Formatter and tried to do the whole reformatting over again, but this time I got the following message:
“[ERROR] Error while writing 1048576 bytes of padding to offset 0: 5 (Input/output error)
[ERROR] Error filling leading part of device with zeroes: 5 (Input/output error)
[ERROR] Error while writing volume structures: 5 (Input/output error)
Formatting failed!”

So the card must be broken. Well, I have other cards. I tried one of those, used the SD Card Formatter with it, added the firmware, added the kits, and put it into my Rample. This time, the red arrow showed up when I turned the system on.

So what now? How do I get this problem solved? Any suggestions you have would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I tried to send this to Squarp via their “Contact Us” page, but I kept getting a “Sorry, an internal error occurred” message, so I gave up and posted it here.
