Pyramid issue connecting to PC

Has anyone had issues connecting to PC before?
I Even Purchased a brand new cable and I still Can’t get my PC to recognize My Pyramid. I’ve Checked through the manual and tried countless times. Not a Huge deal Cause I use Hardware gear but Messing around with Vst’s would be nice every once and a while.

What platform are you on and what are you expecting it to do that it is not doing? Also, DAW for help with configuration.
