When I received my (used) Pyramid, the main encoder was a bit dodgy with the click. Tried replacing it with one of the 5 param encoder caps and with the other placement of the caps everything works flawlessly. Don’t know if the previous owner did something with mixing them, but it might be worth trying as a first step to take the encoder caps off and try this?
