Program Change arriving too early or too late in Ableton Live

Good morning,
When setting a program change in a pattern, I have noticed that it is arriving in Ableton Live either :

• before the first note (set at the very beginning t of the pattern), when the pre-send parameter is on

  

• after the first note has played, when the pre-send is off.

  

I would have expected the Program Change to be aligned on the grid, just as notes are.
Is there a medicine for it ?
