I run all my synths through the Hapax with local modes turned off. Some synths like my JX-8P and Prophet-6/OB-6 loses some panel functionality (cant pick patches on JX-8P, cant set effects on Prophet-6/OB-6). I can work around this using USB midi on the OB-6 and Prophet-6 and create a small loop on my computer using MIDI Patchbay to send NRPN messages back to the synths, but for the JX-8P i am at a loss.
Is there anyway to have NRPN messages pass through the hapax and back to the synths like midi thru? This is something the Pyramid could do and I havent been able to figure out on the Hapax yet.
