Nok - Rample doesn't work at all

Hello - I’m receiving this error.

Please help me out.

Also I tried to update the firmware. Should the File be dragged into the SD unzipped or zipped. I can’t unzip it tho… Anyways, please help

Hi, did you get this resolved?

Couple of ideas…

1. Disconnect from rack power, then recconect/power up

2. Be sure there is no power distribution issues in the rack. Be sure there is enough juice.

3. If sd card is backed up, reformat the card, reinstall files, try in module

its most likely the SD card, please rebuild as per FAQ - detailed here

if that doesnt work, then you should contact support via the contact.
