The Squarp Pyramid is the brain of my setup. I have a Motu Midi Express XT with 8 i/o. I have four full keyboards. My current set up is:
Ensoniq fizmo as midi controller with midi set to Out only, going into a 1 in/4 out midi box. One out of the fizmo goes right into the motu and the other out goes directly into the Squarp and acts as my main midi controller.
However, I would like to orient my setup so that I can play on any of my keyboards and have them feed the squarp, with the midi being sent back to only the midi channel(s) each keyboard is set on.
What would be the best solution to accomplish this so that when I play directly on, let’s say my ensoniq esq 1 set on midi ch 4, the midi data gets sent into the input of the squarp and is only picked up by the ESQ 1’s track rather than all my other synths? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
