Main Encoder + Selecting Submenus

Hi,

I just began learning my Pyramid and am having trouble (i think), with the main encoder.

For example to save the manual says to slect ‘save’ with the main encoder. How do I select the save submenu though? My main encoder doesnt seem to have a button function.

UPDATE:

Sliding the knob off allows me push down just fine, when the knob on i cant for some reason. Any ideas?

This is a common issue with the main encoder. The solution is putting a bit of paper into the cap. See here for more details: Pyramid Menu encoder not working
