I recently picked up a Kilpatrick Audio Carbon sequencer for ridiculously cheap (just to have a play around) - while it pales in comparison to the Hapax, one element that was really enjoyable was to be able to change loop start/end points with encoders. It allows a really quick way of trying out loops of notes. I find that the loop start/end method on the Hapax is a bit clunky, and 50% of the time I seem to accidentally change the track when holding the arrow and pressing track number buttons. It would be great if loop start/end points could also be controlled with two of the encoders. Alternatively, it would be good if loop start/end points could be set by pressing a note in the piano roll columns rather than the track buttons (like in the OXI One).
