Is there a "Retrospective Record" feature?

Hi, I’m considering to buy this device, but there is a feature that I would expect to make my choice, as I always use it on Ableton Live, or Akai Force, it’s the “Retrospective Record” or “Capture” on Ableton ? Does it exists on the device ? Or anything equivalent. (no need to press record first, call back the nth last midi event from a buffer)

If no, is it something that would be technically possible to expect from a future firmware update ?

Unfortunately there is no such thing on the Pyramid. You can trigger recording with a footswitch, though. I often do this when just noodling around and I come up with a phrase or something I really like.
