Is there a quicker shortcut to Access “ASSIGN” Midi CCs?

I know you can access “ASSIGN” with 2nd+ Fill button combo. I wish there was a quicker shortcut for live performance. I find myself needing to adjust the CC7 Vol on the fly, and wish it could be a swift one hand move.

Maybe using a quick (double tap) to the top numbers (#1-16) to access a shortcut to “assign”?

Well, it could be mappable to a pedal button, similar to many other views / functions.

My related suggestion is this:

Link ASSIGN with FILL

(misc setting) Link ASSIGN with FILL - momentary appearance of the assigned controllers whenever FILL is held.

Options:

  • Off - current behavior.
  • Panel - knobs appear when using fill button on the Hapax but don’t appear when using pedal. Pedal - opposite of Panel.
  • Panel + Pedal.

I sent a request for this quite long ago. You should do the same.
I should add that my suggestion was a double tap on the track number button.
