Is MIDI Clock out constant

Hi there, I am looking at getting a Squarp Pyramid Mk3.
I have perused the manual but can’t find the answer to my question.

I’m wondering if when you define an internal BPM and send MIDI clock out to other devices, if the MIDI clock is sent constantly, or if its only when you “play” a sequence or arpeggio, etc. I want a constant MIDI clock, as if I were using an independent device to set it.

According to the Manual “The effect engine also works when the player is stopped, as Pyramid clock always runs. MIDI clock is also send even when the Pyramid is stopped.”

However, you might want to have a look at the options, SYNC STOP can disable it when the sequencer is stop and SYNC LOAD can disable it when the sequencer load a project.
