I’m looking to save sequences for performing later. But it may be a bit much to remember the arrangement of all the tracks of every sequence of every project. If this is a limitation, can we have this ability in a new update???

No, nor sequences. Hopefully this can be something that is added in the future as it would be very useful. Maybe send Squarp a feature request?
