How to 'Hold record'?

Hi all,

This is probably very simple, but I can’t find it anywhere.

How do you make it so that live record stays on after the set track length?

Example: I want to record one bar, but I didn’t put in any notes the first time around. Now the second time around I’m ready, but I have to press record again. How to keep record on?

Second time you press it will do…

Empty track always stops, or put them any note and it will loop rec as well

Oof, I feel stupid now. Second time around it does indeed. I must have known that, but it still bothered me, I gyess.

It still would be nice if it could be done without letting it run the first time, though.
