Hermod+ is bugging out

Hi,
I just bought a Hermod+ and it is behaving very oddly.

When I hold the yellow track button or the red effects button the screen rapidly flashes between the midi and note track screen.

What can I do about this? Is this a firmware issue or a hardware issue?

If anyone else runs into this issue - I had to turn on and off my case a couple times. Likely a firmware issue.
