Hermod Encoder Click not working

Hi all,

I’ve had a search and cant work out if this is a common problem or my unit is a little faulty but my encoder is very very hard to click. mechanically it clicks just fine but more often than not the module doesn’t register the click or i have to spin the encoder a bunch of times and push very hard.

Anyone else encounter anything similar?
