Hermod CV out problem

I am having a really strange issue with the CV outs on my Hermod all of sudden.
All 8 channels have the same problem. From C10 down to around C6 all output is pretty normal, but starting there going down to about C2 the voltage/note is all the same (aprox 1.06V), and then from C2 down to C0 it’s about .08V/oct (1 semitone/oct). But this sometimes changes, sometimes it starts at G5, sometimes it’s consistent at 1.06V all the way down to C0.
This problem started out of nowhere. I can’t remember if there was a power cycle between it working last and the problem starting. I have tried formatting the flash and installing the newest firmware as well as attempting to calibrate the CV outs. During the calibration (where you rotate the encoder until the desired voltage is achieved) I rotated the encoder over 50 times (no joke, i thought about rigging up my drill to it) and it brought down the voltage from +1.06V to about +0.80V (I was trying to get it to -4.00V) before it eventually cycled back up to +5.00V.
Any thoughts? My guess is it’s toast. I only bought it 3 months ago but it was working fine until yesterday.
Thanks for any help.
