I just found out about this, like you can’t record MIDI from multiple sources? it is mentioned somewhere you actually can with the mix mute buttons but it’s not working for me? Help?
Are you arming the tracks you want to record in MixMute?
I read this somewhere but:
You need to have the project selected that has the tracks that you want to record.
The limitation is that you can’t record multiple tracks across projects - they have to be in the same project, and that project has to be selected.
If you notice, when you are recording and you select project B, recording stops. Regardless if i have tracks armed in mixmute.
This is cumbersome for me because I use Project A and B as one big project with Drums on A and Synths on B. And I find myself wanting to arm everything and record but i have to do it separately per project at least.
Can you please share how to arm multiple tracks for recording using the mixmute?
I know this command is used to mute/unmute tracks but I cant figure out how to arm for recording or any sign that they are indicated that they are armed for recording?
Yes, I am aware that you cannot record tracks from project B, but I’m currently stuck at recording multiple tracks on project A. There are conflicting reports on Google about this, so I came here to ask further into the issue. Hopefully, I will find the right command to do so using the mix/mute button. Thank you for your reply
Use the rec (red) buttons in mix/mute. It is in the manual
well that was an easy one! red means recording right?
