Hi, I’ve downloaded update 1. I have a zip file titled hapx.bin If I try to unzip I get a message “unsupported format”. Does the download require a special program yo unzip?

So I thought maybe I drag the file unzipped onto the SD card.

But It does not allow this Im guess because its still zipped

I am on Mac 12.6.5
SD card is formatted correctly MS-Dos FAT

Any suggestions?

It’s because the Mac tries to auto-mount the BIN. Don’t worry, put it on the SD and update the Hapax, it’s ok :slight_smile:

Thank you I realised that for some reason I hd write protect on the SD card :roll_eyes: which was preventing me from drag and drop the fie. Firmware now updated succesfully
