Hi I just received my Squarp Hapax 3 days ago. When trying to save a project, or load the new 2.0 beta I keep getting the message ERROR SD CARD MOUNT FAIL. I have done all the manual tells me, formatted, tried several different sd cards, they all read fine in my Mac, yes have formates to the specifications Squarp says ect and the message keeps coming up. I can not save anything. I have reached out to Squarp for a quick fix or replacement, yet have not heard back. I was lead to believe they had excellent customer service? Also for the price they charge for these units there should be no issues like this.
I would appreciate Squarp to promptly rectify this.

I’ve had fantastic service from Squarp recently. Very very good.
Hopefully its not a hardware fault, in the old firmware you could get sd card mount fail if the Hapax had been on for a long time, this has been fixed with the latest firmware updates.
You probably already have but try turning your hapax off for a moment, check if something that uses sd cards can see the card (a sampler, tablet, roland device, mpc, something like that)
Pop it back in the Hapax and try saving a project, doesnt matter if its an empty project.
For me when i got the sd card error the last save had worked, so i hadnt actually lost anything. I hope your unit is ok and good luck
My Hapax killed an sd card just the other day. I loaded up the new beta OS and then it fried the card. Found a new card and got up and running again but im everything but sure it was the Hapax that nerfed it.
