End recording on pattern end not working?

Hello! Long time lurker first time poster here. Loving my hapax, but:

I’m struggling to get “automatic recording end” to work at the end of a pattern using the “End Pattern” option in recording settings page (‘REC OFF’). Recording light stays on and it keeps recording… just keeps going round and round basically. Doesn’t matter what length I set the pattern at, it seems.

Clock is external from an ERM Midiclock+. Might that make a difference? Is there some setting somewhere else I haven’t set? Thanks. :slight_smile:

Yes, I also experienced that it only works using the internal clock only and You have to press rec before play.
