Do you use scale modes on the Hapax and if so what would you recommend for ambient/soundscapes?

Hello,

I currently have the DT OG, Digitone and Peak and Hapax. As a hobbyist I enjoy making ambient music and there are definitely keys/chords which I skip when I play via my midi keyboard, but accidentally hit them at times which sound off key so I wondered if you use those scales on the Elektrons/Hapax or other gear to help and if so what would you recommend for ambient and soundscape music?

Or any other recommendations on the Hapax :slight_smile:

I like Minor Pentatonic Dorian… has sort of a dark melancholy to it. But that’s my style. Just play around on the keys and see what resonates. The Major/Major or Major/Pentatonic could be good places to start for more upbeat, dreamy vibes. In general Major is happy and Minor is sad
