I got my Hapax a few days ago and am working on integrating it into my elektron setup. The issue im having is when sending midi to my Digitakt II via the Hapax the global track mutes on the Digitakt no longer function. The mute turnes on and off (indicated by the green led toggling) but the audio still passes through to the mains regardless of the tracks mute state.
However when inputing notes via the Digitakts internal sequencer the mute states function as usual. The issue only seems to be when the Hapax is sending the trigger commands to the Digitakt. It seems like the Digitakt is prioritizing the incoming midi messages from the Hapax over its own mute state.
Has anyone experienced this? I have tried adjusting settings on the Digi and the problem persists. Im aware I can mute tracks via the Hapax but I do not wish to change my work flow when performing if not absolutely necessary.
