Hello ! after a long moment ,i tried to save my project and pushing the 2 buttons it frozed the device…cannot move thé rotative switch to choose an action… so i shut the pyramid to start it again and same problem ,cannot load anything the rotative switch dont do anything…the sd card is not full (i moved it to see if it does something but nothing)i bought the pyramid not a long time ago…

It sounds like your SD card may be corrupted. I think you will need to replace it. Take a look on this forum for topics about SD cards, about issues and compatibility. You may struggle to find the size SD card Pyramid uses new now but micro SD cards plus an adaptor can be used. I think the general advice is to go for 16GB or less but I think some may have said 32GB have been okay. I would avoid anything bigger for sure. Things have moved on with computer memory so much. A whole bunch of Pyramid Projects won’t take even 1GB to store and you’ll only ever be able to access a tiny amount of the card’s memory from Pyramid at any time. You can store more Project files in folders on the SD but you’d probably be safer storing them elsewhere anyway. Pyramid shipped with 4GB cards and that was probably because they weren’t really making 1 and 2GB ones so much at the time. I found some reconditioned 4GB, 8GB and 16GB SD cards on eBay a while back and bought a few so I had some backups. Please do check the forum first before you buy.
