Just got my new Pyramid and after powering it on and fiddling with buttons and knobs for a few minutes, the screen glitched out and eventually went blank. Restarted the unit and still blank. Updated to the latest firmware (4.02) and the text on the update screen was oddly reversed, but after the update it seemed to fix the blank screen problem. Fiddled around some more and the screen went blank again! No amount of restarts/updates/trying different SD cards is helping. Pretty disappointed as I had high hopes for this thing. Anyone else experience this with a new MKIII unit? Does this sound like a hardware or firmware issue?
Try a different usb cable and power it from your pc or phone charger, to see whether there’s enough power.
