Turned on my Rample tonight and the screen had a big red arrow pointing towards the SD card slot. What does this mean?

This means the SD card is not detected by Rample. You could try re-seating it in the slot, or doing a reformat, as detailed here.
If the problem persist, you should contact us through the contact form, and my colleague in charge of customer service will take care of it.
