Bank Select Message

I cannot seem to send a bank select message to any of my synths from Hapax The programme will change fine I have tried every combination

Is this normal for the Hapax ?

I’ve finally worked it out. In case anyone else is stuck you have to select and hold down the track then use LSB to select bank and programme change to select the program. Works a charm
