Are wobbly encoder normal on Pyramid?

Hi! I recently bought a Squarp Pyramid as B-Stock from Musictore Cologne. I’m really looking forward to the workflow and the possibilities. But I’m wondering if the processing of the encoder on my Pyramid is normal. They work flawlessly, but make a somewhat wobbly impression overall (especially the main encoder). Is this normal or should I swap the device?

I think this is normal because the encoders aren’t fixed with a nut on the casing. It is the same on my pyramid … but this isn’t a problem. It works since 4 years under heavy use without a flaw.
