So my new 8raw8 has 11 instruments and 1 accent level … perfect example of why we need more than 8 drum lanes. been asking for it for 2+ years …

There are many topics about this, and you asked many times as you say yourself. Re-asking won’t accomplish much more but venting your personal frustration with it. Lets hope next release will bring it, supposedly its going to be “big”

Pretty much every drum machine I have exceeds the limit … I really can’t understand what Squarp were thinking with 8 lanes.
