Is there any way to have two octaves on the pads, instead just one?

That was my question, there are up 37 pads, 2 octaves are 24 notes, more than enough. I find very inconvenient to have only one octave to play a decent melody. I was wondering if I can use the smart pads one octave up or down. Or maybe, any user found another solution, without add an external keyboard.
In other sequencers I have, there is a scale mode, which change the 16 pads in a scale mode, not only the lower 8 pads (smartpads). In that way I am able to use 16 pads in scale mode, that means I have 2 octaves range in a scale, a regular scale have aroud 8 notes.
But I though it would be posible have 1 octave in the upper pads, and a pitched down scale in the lower pads… or maybe another solution.
