VAT free purchase

Hallo, I‘m from Germany and I have a business as a DJ with a vat id. I would like to purchase the Hapax vat free as it says in the FAQ.
But after putting in the vat in my account and putting the Hapax in the cart and going to the checkout, the vat is still applied.
Does anybody else have the same problem?

I have already written to the support but I got no answer…
