Sync out record button?

Anyone know if it’s possible to send the record state out of Hapax? I’d like to have other gear sync recording to Hapax. My first objective would be Bitwig. I’ve used the MIDI out monitor on Hapax, but don’t see any outbound messages for the record button.

The only gear I use that allows external control of recording via MIDI works by pushing record on the device then it starts recording when it receives a play transport command from MIDI (from Hapax in my case).
