Hey does anyone know if Squarp are presently responding to emails? I realise these are difficult times, and just want to know what I should expect.
could be - Jan 6 is a holiday in many parts of europe, and given proximity to weekend - perhaps extend it to the weekend.

I opened a case (nothing urgent) on 1/4 and still haven’t heard back, assuming they’ll holler back this week though.
Yep all good. Everything has been sorted out. I was just concerned. But all is good!
