Any else have an extra sensitive power plug? I slightly adjusted the Hapax position on my desk and it powered off. I turned it back on and gently touched the power plug on back of Hapax and it seemed very sensitive and lost power easily when touching the cord. It’s firmly plugged in.
No sensitive plug here. Was wobbeling around the plug itself. No problems here so far.
I would contact Squarp support for this. They offer exceptional service, so I assume this will be taken care of in a good manner too!
