Agree 100% on the representation of time signatures. I don’t see benefit to reinventing that wheel.
Also, appreciate the perspective on the role of Pyramid. I have not, but should, try using them in tandem.

the option to choose btwn ( fractional | percentage ) would be ideal

I don’t think we need a choice at all… ratios could replace entirely.
