I would love to do the same but I don’t think you’ll find an off the shelf solution.
I think I found the one that they use in the Pyramid
This uses an st7565r controller.
Most OLED displays use SSD1366 controllers.
They are two different sets of commands.
If you find one let me know.
Otherwise your only option is to write a program on an arduino or something that intercepts the st7565r commands and converts them to ssd1366 commands. Assuming they both use spi connections.

Nightmare is currently still way too bright for my poor eyes in a dark room.
