Right in the middle of a session, I seem to have developed a problem with my encoder. My pyramid is just a few months old. When I turn the encoder in EITHER direction, just just sends a “right turn” (CW) signal to the unit. For example, when I try and turn DOWN the BPM it only increases it no matter which way I turn the encoder. Another example: I can only move to the right in the setup menu. I cannot move to the left. I reloaded the 4.02 firmware and no change. Turned on the Pyramid holding the FX button to reset to default. Again, no change. Any suggestions?
