I used the Octatrack Manager project As a jumping off point - this tool was an amazing help to understand the file structure etc. I needed a fast solution to my parts/scenes/fx stacks, so I created a basic scene editor I might upload to git if anyone else would be interested. might be a useful jumping off point to fill the gaps for this project too. it’s very narrow in it’s usecase since i had very specific issues, but this is where it landed after a weekend of tinkering

Drag drop scenes into different slots
Copy Paste Delete scenes
Tracks 1-8 select the available effects for FX1 & FX2
Exposing all knobs for a track in one screen
Simple assignment editor to connect any parameter to X fader
Export to .work file to drop directly into CF
